SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The 5th Legacy™. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy / Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
International Shipping Policy
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. The 5th Legacy™ sends all international orders as ‘gifts’ and declare the value at $1 to attempt to decrease customs fees when delivered. Please note that USPS First class international shipping does not offer tracking. USPS Priority International shipping does offer tracking.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy! We will gladly provide a refund for unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to process a return:
1. Send an email to shopthe5thlegacy@gmail.com with your order # and the item(s) you want to return
2. You will hear back from The5thLegacy™ with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)
3. Print the attached Return Form and fill in the required information
4. Repack the merchandise and enclose the completed Return Form
5. Mail via the carrier of your choice to the address listed below

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
